Tracey! On customer service! I called today she was serving us, she was already too much mean! Actually she is mean ALL OF THE TIME! During phone call I asked more details and she acted herself as she can't hear me and hang up the phone, I knew that she was perfectly listening to me! It was too rude for me! There is such a nice place of course with nice staff there will be more wonderful. I am already member of there and trying to get other additional classes. If Tracey is reading this Please know Tracey you are getting paid for what you are doing, if your nervous is good enough don't work there, Don't ruin others good day and good mood!
Very disorganized. I brought a young guest to go in the pool. When I got there waited and signed up to use my guest pass. While checking in for the guest pass. I said my guest would be walking in the water and playing on the basketball court. I was advised that was fine but they could not use the fitness center. Took my guest showered and went to the pool where the lifeguard told me she could not get in at all. I was surprised because I just disgust this while registering. I went back to registration and told them. They told me should could go in till 4pm and went to check with more office staff..
Brand new facility. Everything clean and shiny! Staff is friendly and always available. Awesome place for kids. Swimming and gymnastics are especially good over here! Prices for kids programs are very affordable, but Family plans/membership are pricey. But definitely worth it with 3 or more kids.btw they have 2 full size basketball courts*
Just went for the first time and signed up. Cindy signed us up. She was extremely helpful and patient with me and my loud toddler. She walked me through the app and website step by step and explained how to sign up for classes and swim lessons. I can’t wait to start going. The place is beautiful! Can’t wait to get back in shape!
They have an overly complex app needed to scan into the gym. 1 day your kid needs to be 10 to workout the next 12. Make up your mind. I have forgotten more about fitness in the time it has taken me to type this far in this review then the entire staff of this ymca and all their family will ever know. For the $150 a month that I waste 🗑 on this place I could pay for a year of planet fitness and a month of post work out drinks. The staff must share a brain 🧠. Clearly the brain 🧠 was not in the head of the employee I last spoke with. I will not be going back.
Beautiful shrine with several smaller chapels within. Daily Masses. A Rosary garden, walk of the Stations of the Cross, Beautiful grounds. Plenty of parking, safe neighborhood.
Gave 4 stars because there is only a small cafeteria with limited hours. So you need to pack your own food/drinks if you're going to
be there for the day. Also could use more handicapped spots.
Great place to take my kids. They love it there and really enjoy the classes they take. The facility is one of the cleanest I have ever seen.
Work the polls for Montgomery County voting. Please, please tell your neighbor your friend. Everybody to come out next Spring and vote in a primaries. There's no need to mope when you didn't even vote.
